“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.” I really like this quote by Mark Twain. I cherish the memories of the chances I took in life and regret the ones I didn’t. If there is one thing I have learned in the past couple years it has to be this!
Life is full of many choices. Some we take, others we pass up. At the end of the day, I would rather look back and find joy in knowing I chose the best option.
Choices in life exist because every decision we make in life affects everything we do from then on out. The butterfly affect is a great example of this. Our life here has a reason and all of us have a purpose, it just depends on whether or not you will take it.
When I was little I didn’t realize it but accepting Christ into my life started a chain of events that would make me who I am today. That moment in my life lead to me going on 3 mission trips in the past 2 and half years that would open up my eyes even more to what life was all about.
Life had a meaning and it was because of one man’s decision to save the rest of humanity. You can believe whatever you want but I know deep down this decision I made changed my life for the better. The choices you make define who you are! What do you want to do with your life?
I hope you can see throughout the next few months the choices some Christian’s I know made and the outcomes that they would get out of their experiences.“Make your choice, adventurous Stranger, Strike the bell and bide the danger, Or wonder, till it drives you mad, What would have followed if you had.”-C.S. Lewis
